Bottom Dollar Sellers On Ebay and Craigslist May 29, 2009
Posted by kwash2442 in : General, News & Events, Timeshare Resale, Timeshare Resource, Travel , trackbackFor those timeshare owners looking to sell their timeshares for a decent return, understand that your fellow owners who post timeshares for sale on Ebay and Crigslist are doing you a disservice. The many owners who are adamant about not paying an ad fee and list their timeshares for sale on these sites, end up receiving 40% less on average than what they could retrieve from a reputable timeshare resale company like buyatimeshare.com. If this continues, these owners that are doing this are going to continually drive the market down. Ask any Wyndham owner who bought their 154,000 points for $20,000 and now they are only worth $1500 on the resale market. If you’re looking to sell your timeshare, do yourself a favor and do the research on a resale company and don’t do yourself and other owners a disservice.
