The event included raising a 50-foot American flag to the top of the building and featured live entertainment. The top five floors of this glass monster will consist of 32-luxury penthouse units from 4 to 12,000 square feet of space. i bought a timeshare last may already, when do you think it will start operational (westgate). do i have to place a reservation this year just in case it will start to open next year?
