I have owned this timeshare property for over twenty five years. I bought this property to have a quiet, scenic and relaxing place to take my family grow and enjoy for vacations or getaways, it turned out to be so much more. We have traded to places all over the world. Because this is a Gold Crown value timeshare, I only get the highest value listings when I search for another place to trade. Because it is real property, I was able to take all the interest off my taxes. The maintenance fees have only doubled once in the twenty five years I have owned this timeshare. This makes each of my weeks cost less than if I were to rent a week in any location I have ever traveled to.I hate to sale it, but with todays economy, I don;t get to use it as much as I used to, and my children are all grown up now. I;m willing to sale it, below it;s value, to someone who will use it. Give me a calll and we can talk about the location. Wyndham is know as the best, and there is just to much to list about this location.
