Beautiful 5 room ocean front suite on Thames Street, the most famous  and popular street in  Newport. Wellington Resorts is located at the end of Thames Street, just as it turns to head out along the Ocean and the famous Mansions and Cliff walk.
 Deeded, Prime Week # 30, one of the busiest weeks of the summer. The beautifully landscaped Resort , right on the ocean, has multi outdoor pools/ spas, indoor pool, tennis courts, exercise center and elegant club house with wireless internet.
Newport has it all. The unit is just a short walk from the Tennis Hall of Fame.
Wellington Resort allows owners to rent the unit themselves or their rental company can act as agent. The second bedroom can be a separate lock out unit  with is own access door.
The access to the front and back patio's is only accessible from the main unit. The large main bathrooms has a whirlpool tub. The unit was renovated with new linens, new beds, new headboards, new living room furniture and new rugs in 2008.
