This unit is on the first floor and has an assigned parking spot right next to the kitchen door making it convenient when you return from the market or bringing in luggage. It also has a door leading right on to the pool area where there are plenty of umbrella tables and lounge chairs for sunning right next to the unit. Suntide Island Beach Club is right on the beach and there are a number of lounge chairs for sunning. Suntide has a volley ball net on the beach and a covered recreation area with a pool table and a ping pong table near the beach along with a shuffle board court. Along the beach there are a few hotel bars where you can get a snack during the day and watch the amazing sunsets with cocktails at dusk. Saint Armond's Circle is just around the corner where there are a number of great restaurants, ice cream parlors and boutique shops to explore. In addition the Sarasota area has a number of great golf courses, museums, entertainment venues and shopping centers for those who need to explore even more. Not only is Suntide a great place to vacation, it is also a good investment. If for some reason you cannot use your week once in a while, Suntide can rent it out for you and it covers the annual maintenance fees and taxes and puts a nice piece of change in your pocket to boot. Suntide is is great in July.
The weather is always hot and the gulf water is nice and warm. What can be better than that!
