This time share deed includes all Red/White seasons at the Hill Country Resort. The pre determined vacation week is week #3 if not coordinated otherwise. Hill Country is a beautiful resort. It is just no longer convenient to my family and I. We do not live in Texas anymore, nor do we visit. I would strongly recommend that you attend one of their tours/time-share briefings to see for yourself. At that time, if you like it, you'll see that I am offering it for a much cheaper price than a brand new deed.
