Buy Sheraton's Vistana Villages. This resort has everything you could possibly want for a great holiday. The units are beautifully appointed; clean, light & airy with new, well maintained equipment appropriate for a comfortable stay including your own clothes washer/dryer. A real home away from home. Very family friendly. The grounds are just beautiful with expansive lawns and tranquil lakes with water fountains. There are 3 pools to choose from to swim in, each with a different feature depending on what you'd like to do - eg for the little ones, there is a pirate ship and play area at one pool, another is a simpler lap pool and relaxing area with an activities room adjoining it, whilst the main massive pool is complete with waterfall, volley ball water play area, paved play area and congregating location for daily activities, spa, varying depths of water, etc with the activity center adjoining it. Magnificent.
Almost every night there is an activity to join in eg bingo, trivia, movies etc and day times are events on for kids at several times during the day with lots of free sporting equipment to borrow. They even had very cheap scuba diving lessons for youngsters in this pool it is so expansive without needing to close the pool to other users. Fabulous! If the opportunity arises, take it!
The wonderful friendly staff are very helpful in suggesting day trips and the organization of those trips.
Internet is available and a well stocked market shop on site has the basic necessary grocery and sundry items. The restaurant food is delicious and volume is most generous!
The resort has so much in itself, if you don't want to use the local attractions (to which the resort is well situated for a huge variety of interests), there is enough within the resort to keep you contented on site. Definite must see! We loved our stay there as did all the friends we made whilst there. Cannot fault the place.
