We recently stayed at the Sun Palace Resort in Cancun for a week during February using only about 2500 points. It was a "couples only" resort "all inclusive". We also use points to stay in Anaheim, CA, the Pelican Suites when we visit Disneyland. It's about 650 points for 2 nights, Full kitchen, sleeps 4, pool, Jacuzzi, Free shuttle to Disneyland.
