This beautiful unit faces the Gulf of Mexico. Your looking down at either the beach & the people or out into the gulf. You really have privacy no one from other units can see you when your on your balcony. There is a full kitchen which is great. The pool is 1 floor down. With the Royal Sands in Cancun there is a nice shopping center almost next door. It's within walking distance no need for a cab or bus. Besides the restaurants at the Royal resorts at this shopping center they have Ruth Kris restaurant and a good Italian restaurant. No need to know Spanish!
