Review:
This unit is on the 4th floor, has two balconies and is a very quiet location. We are a three minute walk from the ocean beach which has a private secure wooden deck c/w two swimming pools, lounge chairs and a private bathroom. The beach is very sandy and wide with lots of dolphins feeding along the shore at low tide. This beach is also famous for its annual giant turtle egg laying event. Next door is the Coligny Plaza which has the Piggly Wiggly for groceries, a liquor store and several restaurants and coffee shops. You do not need a car for this location as everything is nearby. For the Irish, the start of the St Patrick's Day parade is from the Coligny Plaza. Its a wonderful parade.
This unit is older but well maintained. Please see add #120138 for two weeks back to back, The reason for selling is health issues.
