Very nice facility 10 minute walk to Sea World 10 minute walk to Discovery Cove. 20 minute drive to Universal on a good traffic day and 45 minute to Disney. Close to the airport and shopping districts.

Selling for $31000.00 a timeshare that has 14000 annual points. If used in small unit, can give you many weeks to vacation. With a family of seven, can stay at Seaworld in a penthouse of your dreams for one week. This price is good for 30 days max.

My years with HGVC need to close. I have a good one for sale at Seaworld. You will love it with children and grandchildren. After traveling to the West, the price for the time you can stay there is worth the price! If I do not soon sell at low price, I will be raising it soon. Inflation and value is moving up. This resort is just beautiful -- inside and out. The condo is very nicely furnished and has a full kitchen and 2 baths. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the screened porch, while enjoying the beautifully landscaped grounds. The property is convenient to the parks by car or public transportation. When you tire of the crowds, you can come back to the resort and have a pleasant meal poolside and then cool off in the family friendly pool areas!

Fantastic service as always from Hilton Grand Vacations Club. Convenient location to Sea World. Staff was excellent and the amenities were very good. Includes pick up from Orlando airport and complimentary transport to all Disney parks or free parking. Orlando is best known for its premier attraction – the Walt Disney Theme Parks. However, the family-friendly state has plenty more on offer besides film-set reconstructions and Micky Mouse. Shopping in Orlando is second to none, reaching dizzying new heights with mega malls, shopping streets and local boutiques. Did you ever think indoor skydiving, glow-in-the-dark crazy golf and shopping could go together? They can in Orlando. Movie-lovers will enjoy the Universal Studios with its movie-themed rides, while first-timers and regular visitors will relish getting stuck into the splash-tastic water parks, golf courses in Kissimmee or the enchanting Everglades. The magic of Orlando is hard to resist, as millions of big kids and little kids the world over will testify.
