This unit is located in the Beach Club property. This unit is great and this building has an elevator to go to the fourth floor. It is a corner unit and you can see all area of the beach club. It is one year old and it is stunning. Peaceful and quiet vacation spot. You can visit the city of Tyler, Texas within 15 minutes.

We have President Beach Club on week 35 which fall on labor day weekend every year also we under the old Deed, which we pay nothing for the weekend. We are selling it for $13,500. The Deed is clear.

Something fun for the whole family at any age even your pets (restrictions may apply), bring your boat and relax on this beautiful lake, or splash around pool slides that kids will definitely enjoy, lots of other activities set up by staff or walking around this pristine property. Full kitchen, BBQ, or dine out to close restaurants.

Wow! What a beautiful place. Even in winter the place looked like paradise to me and my family. The pools are heated and we enjoyed spending time splashing around everyday. There were so many activities that our week was over before we enjoyed them all. We had the most fun at the 18 hole mini golf course. We were able to cook out and the weather was nice. We caught fish on the lake and the activity center was fun for the entire family. We are looking forward to returning in the near future!
