Yes, the price is right... we do have our timeshare units on sale for this low price. And NO, there is nothing wrong with them! The reason we have lowered the price so much is that we have enjoyed the vacations we have taken with the strong trading power of the red weeks. Due to health issues, we have changed the direction we are taking and spending more of our "dream" time at our second home instead of at different resorts around the country.
We COULD pass our units back to the resort and they in turn would put on the market to sell at a much higher price than we are asking. However, we want to pass the savings on to YOU the Buyer, so you also can enjoy having a timeshare at a very reasonable cost, that would be a wonderful place for you to stay and play OR deposit in an exchange program and go to other equally wonderful resorts for your vacation!
