My wife and I bought this timeshare property while on our honeymoon in Cancun. Since then, we have added kids, school, and student loans to the mix so keeping the timeshare isn't realistic for us. Otherwise, we would keep it and benefit from some cheap vacations. This is a great deal - compared to other advertisements. We are motivated sellers, please consider making an offer today.

- Ownership transfer is simple, and buyer is protected throughout the sale. Both buyer and seller sign paperwork and send to Mayan Palace, at which time buyer can contact Mayan Palace independently to insure paperwork has been received and is pending payment. This third-party verification guarantees that you are dealing with a reputable company--a company that you can independently call with any questions. You don't have to place your trust in a person you don't know over Craig's List. At that point, once buyer verifies that the paperwork is in place, buyer will send money to seller. Once seller receives money, seller contacts Mayan Palace to confirm the money has been exchanged and pays the transfer fee. With the paperwork in place and the transfer fee paid, Mayan Palace finalizes the transfer of the title to buyer. This process protects the buyer from losing his/her money and the seller from losing his/her timeshare.
