Smoky Mountain Resort in Gatlinburg, TN is an awesome vacation spot. The staff are very friendly and helpful to your every need. I have had multiple experiences with staff members for various reasons. They have helped me with all my needs from internet access to repairing a malfunctioning shower head. I have also visited the main resort in Orlando, FL. It is breathtaking and have all the amenities. Holiday Inn continues to add resorts in the United States and as a member the owner is able to visit numerous destinations outside of the US.
