Please purchase my gorgeous Hacienda Tres Rios unit- it is exquisite. You will just love your vacations in this beautiful 5* (I think it's a 6*) resort.
Exquisite, relaxing, superbly clean, location, romantic, 7 restaurants right on site, (constant drinks and food available!) gorgeous property where three rivers come together, tons of privacy, covered beds on the beach (ough la la!).
Look up Hacienda Tres Rios on their own website and take a look around. It is heaven. You will love the extravagence of all the amenties as it is one week of total relaxation away from our busy lives. There is also so much to do in that area. You can also belong to RCI or another exchange company in case you don't want to visit Hacienda Tres Rios every vacation.
I have fallen on hard times as I've owned timeshare since 1975. I can't tell you how terrific my experiences have been. Even giving a week here and there as a gift is quite remarkable. Please consider.... The maintenance fees aren't due again until 2017 and then you don't have to pay them until every other year unless you use the resort. Please consider.
