What can a person say of Las Vegas that hasn't been said. We , my husband and I went often, he has passed away so I don't travel as much. The Grandview is just marvelous , activities for kids, beautiful pools ad other awesome sights. I remember once when we stayed there , the coffee pot was not working, I called reception, and in less than 15-20 minutes a new pot , still in the box was delivered to or suite. The Grandview has a resort next door that has rodeo performance corral, bowing entertainment and lots of slots and good eating places. Oh I forgot an exercise room to keep "the bod buff". Wow!! good time had by all**Here is an idea for making your resort purchase even more affordable: Make it a family event. the share could be owner by 3 siblings, and with the floating aspect you can take turns using or check for availability and get a trade anywhere in the world. The resort could become a new family tradition. next , I am reducing the price to $14,200.split over three people, a life time of vacations for about $5000 outlay. WOW
