This timeshare is beach front on Atlantic Ave. It is week 28 which is a red week so it has awesome trading power. This is the second week in July or you can float it to any other week or season. It sleeps four with one bedroom and one bathroom. They have a washer/dryer set up on the same level down the hall. It has a half kitchen. The view is facing the ocean. Its minutes from the boardwalk. It also has a sister resort across the street called Turtle Cay so you are aloud to use there facilities to. You can transfer it to different places every year for 174.00 through interval international. Its a beautiful vacation spot. We have owned it since 2006. All fees are up to date. It is minutes from the boardwalk. This is a nice feature. Maintenance fees are 609.00 that includes taxes and insurance to very nice vacation spot.
This is a beautiful ocean front room and close to all the action. You can even bank weeks if you want to take a longer vacation.
