TITLE FREE AND CLEAR, Big ice machine just outside the door, ceiling fans in every room, full kitchen, Frig, microwave, hair dryers, iron and board. Every comfort of home. 4 New Sliding Doors installed recently, Hugh Hot Jaccuzzi and pool just outside the unit. Unit isn't connected to other units from side to side, very private. Outdoor cafe just around the corner, Beach Bar within 30 feet of front sliding doors.  All the furniture was recently replaced. I have became diabetic and can't handle the sun anymore. Have to sell. Make me an offer!!

THIS UNIT IS IN THE VILLA'S. ROOM 101. IT'S THE CLOSEST TO THE POOLS, JACUZZI, AND THE OCEAN. THE VILLA'S ARE LAYED OUT IN A HORSESHOE SHAPE AND THIS UNIT IS ON THE BEGINNING OF THE HORSESHOE PUTTING IT RIGHT ON THE WATER. IT'S A FABULOUS 2 BEDROOM, 4 SLIDING DOORS TO OUTSIDE, 3 PRIVATE PATIOS, FULL KITCHEN, SPA TUBS IN EACH BATHROOM. 3 TV'S, ALL TILE FLOORS, 2 SAFES. THEY JUST DON'T GET ANY NICER

I am becoming diabetic and I can't handle the sun and heat like I use to. I need to sell and get a place where it cooler. Make me an offer. $18,000 is really a steal in the unit.
