2 Bedroom Unit Every Year, 4 Bedroom Unit Every Other Year.
Unused Weeks Roll Over to Following Year. This timeshare has never been used since 2010 when purchased. The wife became very sick shortly after time of purchase. We have no need for the timeshare now. We would be happy with $80.00 and payoff. We have paid over $16000.00 plus maint. fees on this timeshare and have not used it once. Please take our burden and make it your great times and memories for many years to come. Thank you!
