Arroyo Roble Resort was established in 1983. The land was zoned for 95 villas but the developers wanted to retain the natural beauty of the area so, they chose to build only 72 villas allowing for the landscaping of more open areas. That choice by the original developers has been enjoyed and appreciated by guests for nineteen years.
